Workshop für Familien und Kinder

Die Welt der Kinderrechte

Im Workshop erarbeiten Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 10-14 Jahren zusammen mit UNICEF-MitarbeiterInnen das Thema Kinderrechte. Mittels Diskussionen, Spiel und kreativem Arbeiten (Herstellung von Buttons) wird ihnen die Bedeutung der Kinderrechte vermittelt und erklärt. Die Kinder lernen dabei auf spielerische Weise, was Diskriminierung und Gleichberechtigung bedeutet, wieso Partizipation so wichtig ist und wie sie sich selbst für ihre Rechte einsetzen können.

Der Workshop ist für Kinder zwischen 10 und 14 Jahren (ohne Begleitpersonen). Bitte bei Reservation (unten) nur Kinder/Jugendliche anmelden.

  • Eintritt und Workshop kostenlos für Kinder & Jugendliche bis 16 Jahre.
  • Eintritt in die Ausstellung CHF 10 für Erwachsene.

The exhibition

Key-Visual der Ausstellung "Anne Frank und die Schweiz"

The diary of Anne Frank is world famous. It’s less well known that the journey to global publication began in Switzerland. While Anne, her sister and her mother were killed in the concentration camp, Anne’s father was the only family member to survive the Holocaust. Otto Frank moved to live with his sister in Basel in the 1950s. From there, he made it his task to share his daughter’s diary with the world whilst preserving her message on humanity and tolerance for the coming generations.
