Wie ist die Schweiz entstanden? Wo und wann und  beginnt die Geschichte der Schweiz? Auf dem Rundgang durch die Ausstellung «Entstehung Schweiz» erhalten interessierte Besucherinnen und Besucher einen Einblick in die Herrschaftsverhältnisse im Mittelalter, in den aufkommenden Fernhandel über die Alpen und die Gegebenheiten in der entstehenden Eidgenossenschaft.

  • Die Anzahl Teilnehmende ist beschränkt – online Reservationen haben Vorrang.
  • Eintritt inkl. Führung CHF 10 für Erwachsene.

The exhibition

Lebensgrosser Ritter mit Lanze auf Pferd

The permanent exhibition at the Forum of Swiss History by the title of ‘Switzerland in the Making. Through the 12th to the 14th Century’ focuses on the foundation and early development of the Old Swiss Confederacy in the Middle Ages. Designed as an adventure tour to address our senses, the exhibition appeals to children and adults alike. The extraordinary scenography over all three floors makes a visit to the museum an event to remember.
